Under Start > Microsoft Office > Microsoft office tools > Language setiings
I have an option to choose which language to display my Office User
interface and help.
I can choose between English and Swedish. If I select English my system
tells me that it will close all Office applications so that the change can
take effect. However, everything is still in Swedish. Why won't it let me
change to English?
