I currently have a web site using front page. When an individual uses either an internal or external link the link accesses the associated page and with external links they leave my site and when they close the link they do not come back to the referring page. Question: Is there some way that activation of a link will result in another open window like a pop-up so that when the link is closed they return to the page where the link originated from instead of leaving or closing the site altogether

Second, Question: I am thinking about creating another web site with classified ads for machinery. Is there someway that others can post ads and perhaps download pictures onto this web site. Does this involve the use of access for a database

If you are unable to give specifics that is AOK. I do not have a clue where to start and general answers give me a direction to research. Thank You, in advance. please send any answers to [email protected]
