Guide Lines, Not to be printed??

Hey Peeps,

I'm trying to create a template to print CD labels and so
need to create a circle shape that can be seen on screen
as a guide but then isn't printed.

When i use the label wizard i notice that it produces a
table that has these features. I can't find out how it
does this so have to just copy the table.

If you can help me to create the non-printing guides
and/or tell me how the label wizard produces the non-
printing effect that'd be great.
