Hacking and then Hijacking of my HOTMAIL account - Solution??

Hi,

My hotmail account is [email protected]. It has been
hacked and the id has been hijacked. The password as well
as the secret ques with its answer has been hacked and
hijacked.

Is there a solution to recover my id? Can mail me at
[email protected] ur suggestions.
