FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

FINALLY, DREAM COMES TRUE FOR SoFLA SOCCER FANS

November 20, 2002, what sport has more fans and more players worldwide by
far than any other? This is Soccer of course. Across the Caribbean, to
South America and throughout Europe and beyond, the World Cup of soccer is
enjoyed by more avid fans and creates more excitement and enthusiasm than
any other single competitive sporting event in the world.

Now, that excitement is finally coming in earnest to South Florida. The
Miami Athletic Club (the MAC), under the leadership of Georges Roumain, CEO,
is bringing Soccer back in South Florida at a higher level by introducing
Haiti National vs. Brazil in South Florida in November 22, 2003. The MAC is
being organized to be a professional team composed of world-class soccer
players, such as Jude Floriant, Roudelyn Bastien of Haiti, Franklyn Galvis
of Columbia and Rhamon Silva, Davi Almeida, Daniel De Souza of Brazil.
Rhamon, Davi and Daniel has been specially invited by The Brazilian team
that are compose of Rai, Careca, Zetti, Elzo, Viola, Ronaldao, Nelzino,
Savio, Ivan, Pintazo etc..... to play on November 22 with tem at 8:00 pm.
But the MAC will be much more than a world-class team. In development are
community, parent and youth-oriented projects such as The MAC Academy Youth
League and Youth After-School Program. These programs will be aimed at
strengthening personal character, forging strong new bonds and bringing
together the diverse ethnic and geographic populations that make up the
South Florida landscape: American, Haitian, Jamaican, Dominican, Cuban,
Colombian, Brazilian, Mexican, Caribbean, European, etc. Groundbreaking
projects and games being developed and implemented by the MAC truly
represent South Florida sports history in the making.

The first major visible steps in MAC's long-term commitment to this
community will occur in the beginning of next year, where a series of games
will be schedule trough out the year with 8 teams from Haiti, Jamaica,
Brazil, Mexico, Columbia, Costa Rica, MLS and of cross the MAC. With
professional games such as these, as well as other programs as a foundation,
the MAC embodies the highest ideals underlying those very same South Florida
multi-cultural, multi-national populations out of which MAC's long-term
vision has evolved. The MAC is dedicated to community service and family
involvement, to keeping children off the streets by fostering in our youth a
deep enthusiasm for soccer, along with the highest code of honor for both
children and parents.

At present, there is no other professional soccer in South Florida. The MAC
intends to fill this void with a professional team of the highest caliber.
Indeed, the MAC's commitment represents the future of professional soccer in
South Florida, with innumerable benefits to our community. All of us, of
whatever background, would do well to support this initial effort by
attending, on November 22 at the LOCKHART Stadium, the first of many
exciting games to come.
