half-hourly errors in app log

Get these messages in the app log for my PS2003 server:
18456 : Login failed for user 'MSProjectServerUser'.

There are corresponding errors in the SQL logs. I have checked (using Proj
Svr EditSite "Test" button: all systems "Passed").

Alex:

It could be related to a site that once existed by has been deleted. Any
chance this is the case?
