Our middle school newspaper using Publisher 2000 is trying to print a half
toned publication so that photos and grayscale images reproduced on a high
speed copier are discernable in the reproductions.
We have found the options to half tone the print with lines per inch and
other settings but they are all grayed out and inaccessible.
How do we access these options?
We are using Publisher 2000 on Windows 2000 with and HP 4100 laser printer.
