Handling Auto Save

We tried installing the developed Add-In on various desktops. We observed in
few cases the tool bar is not getting attached with few MS Office
applications. It may happen that the tool bar is visible in MS Outlook but it
is not coming in MS Word. We need your inputs to resolve this issue.

You need to provide more information. Are there any errors on those
machines? Have you run in debug mode to try to figure out what's happening?
Are the security and the user profile rights identical to those on working
machines?

Offhand there's no way to tell what's going on.

Hi ken
There are no erros in other machines where we installed our add-ins and
service packs, security and user profile rights are are identical. Even the
machine where add-in is installed disappears after some span of time. We are
unable to debug the code.

What do you mean by it disappears?

With the information you've provided there's no way to know what's
happening. Are there any entries that are relevant in the Windows event
logs? Is the addin listed as disabled in Help, About, Disabled Items button?

You might just have to display messages in various stages of your connection
and setup to see how far you're getting, but if you can't run at all in
debug mode then I'm not sure how you'd get any further.
