Handwriting in other languages

Is it possible to get handwriting support via an English version of Office XP
in other languages such as chinese? Currently I have installed the
handwritting recognition engine (via Office XP), and East Asian Language
support. The only handwriting with that configuration is in English.
Chinese, Japanese, etc... all have "Drawing Pad" which does not do any
recognition.
