Handwriting Tools Question?

The help files aren't completely clear about this; is it possible to use a
graphics tablet (Wacom Bamboo, for example) to enter handwritten text to
OneNote, or is it only possible if you're using a TabletPC?

I use Wacom Graphire4 to enter text into OneNote. It works fine.
