hang in email when viewing html pages that include external style.

FYI, possible bug or something to improve:

I've noticed this at home and at work on installs of Outlook 2003. At home
I have xp sp2, at work I have xp sp1a. At work I go through a proxy, at home
I go through a generic cable nat/router. At work the external stylesheet is
located on the intranet, at home the external stylesheet is on the internet.
Both at work and at home I have outlook set to copy content from internet
first then show it.

Scenario:
When I open emails that have external stylesheets, they take a couple of
extra seconds to open. They open up to where you can see the heading but the
part where the body of the html email should be does not paint and looks like
it is hanging. After about five or more seconds the email shows up as it
should and everything is fine from there. When this first happened to me, I
just thought outlook was hanging up. But it just gives the appearance of
that. Perhaps it would paint the background of the body of the email white
instead of leaving it as the desktop and have a info bar at the top that says
downloading content.
