I wonder if anyone knows the solution to the problem I have been been
experiencing for many years now. I cannot find an answer in MS's
Knowledgebase.
I edit articles with EPS files, and when reloading the Word document file
containing EPS files, the program often hangs. This happens when the EPS
graphic convertor is trying to display the images on screen. The only
solution at the moment is to kill the application and start again, hoping
for the best that it doesn't clash next time (by scrolling down very slowly,
so that only one EPS file is attempted to be opened at one time).
Is there any smarter solution to this problem?
