Hang up

My Outlook sporadically hangs up during message writing (via MS Word) and
while idle. The error code is as follow:
szAppName: outlook.exc
szAppVer: 10.0.6626.0
szModName: hungapp
szModVer: 0.0.0.0
offset: 00000000

Currently, I'm with MS Outlook SP3
