"Hanging Application" Error message

Looking for some help. I have one machine on our network
that is running Office 2002. Every time a spreadsheet is
closed it takes forever. In the event viewer it shows a
error: "Hanging Application EXCEL.EXE, version
10.0.2614.0, hang module hungapp, version 0.0.0.0, hang
address 0x00000000". Any help would be great. Thanks
