Hanging up

I have a dial up account, and Outlook 2002 dials my ISP,
downloads my messages, then hangs up. This is so annoying
when I have to keep dailing everytime I send an email. How
do I configure Outlook to NOT dissconect until I exit the
program? Thank you for your help.
