Hard disk crahsed and lost 2003 Office Pro

I had Office 2003 installed and when my hard disck
crashed I lost it. I have it on a backup disk , but dont
have the 25 digit code any more how do I get it back.
That damm thing cost me 500 dollars.

Yeah, I hear ya.... why were you so careless with a $500 purchase? It's
usually printed in BIG LETTERS everywhere on the media/purchase not to lose
that code.

There is a mirosoft resource for lost PIDs. Maybe one of the MVPs will chime
in.

Let me get this straight.
You have a backup of Office 2003 which you paid 500.00 for, but not the original copy which you paid 500.00 for.
If you had kept the original Office cd, and the box it came in that contains the key code for installation (plus your backup copy of the key code that you should have), you would have the answer to your question, that you paid 500.00 for to ask this question.
