Hard disk dead and lost outlook contacts....Can they be retrieved online

I use vista print mail for my small business and I run it through outlook 2007. Recently, I had a hard drive failure and the drive is dead. Can anyonetell me if there is a possibility of retrieving my outlook contacts online? I am aware of the expensive data retrieval services available but that's not an option for me. Does outlook store this info anywhere online for possible retrieval or restoration?

Your dead drive might be accessible if removed and set up as a second
drive. Do you still have it?
