Has anyone used Project Server's Issue Tracking for Software Development Bug Tracking

I am wondering if Project Server's Issue Tracking is powerful enough to
handle Software Development Bug Tracking.

Has anyone out there used it in this capacity?

If so, did it work OK?

Were there any problems?
