u don't need to know

when i click on an email, it comes up in a minimized little box instead of
filling the screen. trying to get a quick fast answer used to be simple with
the office assistant - now you throw me in the bottomless pit of online help.

you have to go back to the assistant - this online help is costing me time -
i am spending time complaining to you and i still don't have an answer. its
eating productivity and you are not the only one with issues with help - but
there has got to be an answer - this is definitely the wrong approach. and i
have no interest being in a group or having someone in a group answer me - i
want an employee of the company to handle the problem.

You can get help with this issue by a Microsoft employee by calling
1-800-936-3500 (U.S. and Canada Only) or see this link for other
support options:
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx. Microsoft employees do not
hang out in the newsgroups nor will they see your post. So complaining
to a bunch of folks who are Office users just like yourself was
definitely a waste of time. :-(

Now, if you had simply asked your question we could have provided an
answer. Too bad you only want help from a Microsoft employee...

Please post all follow-up questions to the newsgroup. Requests for
assistance by email can not be acknowledged.
