Hello, Word 2003 Windows XP Pro

I have a document that I inherited from a co-worker that is no longer with
the deparment. There is one little small square in each cell and this square
has a red marquee around it. I can't find out how to remove it. I've tried
everything I can think of and I want to make it as a form and put form
fields in it.

Does anyone know how to get rid of the little square with the red marquee?
Hope I've explained it well enough.

Thanks Bob R

Are you perhaps seeing the end-of-cell mark with a red font color? Does it
disappear if you click the Show/Hide ¶ button?

If that's not it, does it have an XML schema attached perhaps? Take a look
under Tools/Templates and Add-ins and the XML Schema tab.
