Have add-ons that can edit adobe reader pdf document

I wish there is an add-on that can do editing on a document that is only read
by adobe reader. To do so one has to have another software from adobe called
adobe acrobat.
It would be nice to have such a software installed in MS Office 2003 in both
MS Excell and MS Word.
Otherwise it would be better still if Microsoft develop the software as an
update enhancement to its existing Excell and Word.

The Adobe company requires the Microsoft charge the customer for this
"add-on" feature. In the meantime you may aquire this from Adobe or
other 3rd party software company on your own.
