Have email from another account go to seperate inbox

I added another email account in my outlook and all of the email goes to my
"personal folders" email. Under the email account setup I tried changing one
email account to send new email to a folder I creted seperate from the
personal folders, but it automatically changes the other email account too.
Is there a way to do this?
