have installed AccessDeveloperExtensions, cant see Developer Menu

In order to produce runtime applications on Access2007, I've installed Access
Developer Extensions. This is supposed to result in a Developer section
being added to the Menu dropdown from the Office Button. I did see it before,
successfully created a runtime application, but now the Developer section has
disappeared. Have tried Reinstalling/repairing Access2007 & Access Developer
Extensions, still no luck. Is there something else I should be doing?
