Have Licence key for Office Pro 2003 but cannot install

Hi

I had a problem earlier today where I couldn't open an Excel file (long
story - all to do with iTunes v5.0 problems a week ago). I did a search on
the web and found a site that suggested removing all traces of the Office
installation and then re-install it from scratch.

Dug out the licence code and the original CD-Roms and off we went. Problem
is, it keeps telling me that the licence code is wrong (which it isn't!).

The UK MS helpline is now shut until 8am Monday and I need to access this
file today.

Cany anyone help - is there another number I can ring or e-mail?

Thanks

One other thing - it is NOT an OEM install (I have the CD-Roms) but was
bought through a select agreement. Does this make any difference?
