Have Lost the Dashboard!

I upgraded to MS Office for Small Business a couple of weeks ago. When I
Outlook 2007, the tool bar for BCM appeared and I entered several cards. Last
weekend, I had a system "freeze," and had to power down my laptop to re-boot
it. When the computer re-booted, Outlook started fine, except for the fact
the the BCM tool bar is missing.
I have looked throughout "HELP" and through the software and Vista Home
Premium (32-bit) but have been unable to see a way to bring the tool bar back
or access BCM through another method.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
SteveG

Your BCM add-in is not loaded.

Please click Help -> About and check in "Disabled Items". Enable BCM.

Also, BCM data file could have become disassociated.

File -> Manage Data Files
Add the BCM instance in there.
