Have missing .MSP files and can't unistall or reinstall Office 200

I am unable yo unistall or reinstall Offive 3003 Standard edition.
Apparently the .MSP files from previous upgrades with Office XP Prof and
Office 2003 Standard are missing. I know the CD if fine because it works on
another PC.
Any solutions would be welcome.
