Have shared borders disappeared from FP2003?

This might be silly, but I find myself unable to locate
shared borders in FP2003. I've tried hard-coding the
shared border code, to no effect. FP2003 alters the code,
much to my dislike. Any answer would be appreciated.

Leif.

From the FP2003 (online) Help:

Edit a shared border
This procedure applies to shared borders that you created by using an
earlier version of Microsoft FrontPage.

I interpret this as support for existing shared borders on existing pages is
there, but you cannot add any shared borders to new pages.

Perhaps dynamic templates is the way to go? Include Pages is still there,
which are much more flexible than Shared Borders.

Dynamic Templates are certainly a good choice in many circumstances, but if
you really want to use Shared Borders, you can just as you always have.
Click on Tools, Page Options and then click the Authoring tab. Make sure
Shared Borders is checked and click OK.
