Have stopped recieving mail, system will not shut down properly.

This weekend Outlook stopped recieving mail and will not shut down when I try
to reboot. My ISP says there is no problem at their end and when a
technician attempted to send me a test message last night, it came through.
But, nothing else comes. I have an e-mail address that does not use Outlook
and it is recieving mail OK. Anybody know what is wrong?

You need to show 32 bit control panels first.
