As a work around I came up with this.

DATA
(A1)7957 (B1)10 (C1)2 (D1)66

FORMULA #1
(7957/10)/365 = 2.18
FORMULA #2
..18*365 = 66 days
ANSWER
2 years and 66 days

I just don't know how to combine the two formulas.
I had to put results in two different columns/cells.

Thanks,
Frank

can you be a bit more specific and in the message body. What is I30?
Why do you divide by 10. And then by 365?

=INT((A1/10)/365) & " years and " &
TEXT(((A1/10)/365-INT((A1/10)/365))*365,"0") & " days"

Mangesh,
Thank you kindly for your help.
The goal is 7957. The daily objective is 10 per day. I wanted to know
at that rate how long to complete the task.
Thanks,
Frank

=7957/10 --> 796 days

That's how many days it will take.

Is the objective accomplished every day? Or just on workdays?

If it's every day, then:

=TEXT(INT(ROUNDUP(7957/10,0)/365.25),"0 ""years """)&
TEXT(ROUNDUP(MOD(7957/10,365.25),0),"0"" days""")

would give you a pretty close count.
