I HAVE MANY VERSIONS OF EXCEL WORKSHEETS & WORKBOOKS DOCUMENTS SAVED ON MY
COMPUTER. THEY ARE ALL VERY SIMILAR IN NATURE AND EACH WK SHEET & WK.BK. HAVE
TOO MUCH SIMILAR DATA FOR A VISUAL SIDE BY SIDE COMPARISON. I NEED TO COMPARE
USING THE DATA CONTAINED WITHIN THE PROPERTIES BOX FOR EACH WK.SHEET OR WK.
BK. TO FIND THE CORRECT VERSION I NEED. I HAVE TO BE ABLE TO PRINT ALL THE
INFO IN THE INDIVIDUAL DOCUMENT PROPERTIES DIALOG BOX. SIZE, DATE CREATED, ETC

Please turn off the CAPS LOCK!!

Makes it hard to read and is considered as SHOUTING!

I would stick all workbooks into one Folder.

Open Windows Explorer.

Right-click on any column header and add a check to each of the columns of
information you wish to show.

Then..........

To add a "Print Directory" feature to Explorer, go to
this KB Article.

http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=KB;EN-US;q272623&

Or you can download Printfolder 1.2 from.....

http://no-nonsense-software.com/freeware/

I use PF 1.2 and find it to be more than adequate with custom features.

OR Go to DOS(Command) prompt and directory.
Type DIR >MYFILES.TXT

All the above create a *.TXT file which can be opened in Excel.
