Have to type my password everytime I hit send/receive!

Even with the "Remember Password" button depressed, I still have to to type
my p/w every time I hit send/recieve!
I'm running windows XP at home.

Hi Tom,

The problem you are experiencing is normally due to the Registry containing incorrect information for the Protected Storage System Provider registry subkey for your account.

Hi Scott

I have the same problem Tom had but with Outlook in Office 2000
Professional. I Tried the link you provided but it was not found in the
knowledge base. I also tried the options that were listed with the "not
found" results. Do you know where I might be able to find this?
