Have values in a repeating group be determined by other values in the group?

OK what im trying to do is this, i have a repeating group, and one of
the options is primary office. However what i want is when someone
selects this repeating group as their primary office, all of the other
repeated groups will have that option disabled, is this even possible?

I'm not sure how you are displaying your options in the repeating group, but
you could use the technique described in this article

in which an item is removed from a drop-down list box as soon as it has been
selected in another row of the repeating table.
