Having address automatically on all letters

I have a user that wants to type the address on the first letter in a
document and then for that address to duplicate on all the letters in
that document. How do I do this please?

If you truly want just an address you can put it in the header of the
document and then it will appear on each page of the document. View |
Header and Footer. This will open up the header and you can type in any
text that you choose and format it there. Then click Close on the
Header and Footer Toolbar. Alternatively, you can also create a
letterhead template.

One simple way is to insert an address block like:
<<address>> and then all you need is to do is a replace or even code a
macro to ask for the address and then replace all occurences.
