Basic issue: combine two or more calendars as one calendar.
Program: Outlook 2003

I need to create an “IT events†calendar of all programs that run on my
network and in that, I need to have the “Financial†calendar items show in
the IT events calendar. I am wandering if there is a way for IT events
calendar to show items that are in the financial calendar; and when the
financial calendar changes, so does the IT events calendar. Right now I am
deleting all items that go with the financial calendar in the IT events
calendar, then copy the financial calendar and forward all the items to the
IT events calendar. I only have read Permissions on the financial calendar.
I can't but my calendar items on the financial calendar to just make one
calendar. I can't just show the calendars side by side ether. The financial
calendar is in the public folders. When my calendar is finished I will but it
on the public folders also. And I will be the managing my calendar. There are
hundreds of items in both calendars. My wish is to have it automatic or so
that I don't have to do a thing about it. The changes mostly likely won’t
need to show right away, maybe ever night or once a week. Can I do something
like synchronize the changes? If this is possible, I might break up the IT
events calendar, to make calendars per server.
