Having Outlook rules follow the rules...

I use outlook to recieve email on 5 accounts. The first
set of rules I setup sort those different accounts into
different folders I have setup. Then I set a new set of
rules, to pull out my daily subscriptions and lists, and
put those in other folders, depending on who sent them,
what the subject is, etc. I moved those rules to be
executed first on my regular inbox, before the message
accidently got moved to it's account folder, but I'm still
having a bit of trouble. It seems that a lot of time, the
incoming email will end up in both the account folder, and
the folder for all my emails from that list. So now I
have two unread versions of the exact same email in
various folders.

Is there an easier way I can do this??

The rules are correct except for one action and that is to add the "Stop
processing rules" action to the rule. This will prevent that when 2 rules
apply to the same message they will be end up in 2 folders.
