Having Print Preview as a Direct Menu Option

My Office for Mac '08 doesn't allow me to go directly to Print Preview from the File Menu. Can I adjust my File menu to directly give me access to Print Preview? I'd also like to have the Print Preview show the page numbers in the background as it did in previous versions. Thanks in advance for any ideas or solutions.

Print Preview mode has been removed from XL08 in favor of the OSX Print
Preview, so there's no XL command to put on the menu.

The background page numbers were never in Print Preview mode, they were
in XL's Page Break Preview View. That also has been removed.
