Having problem in Converted access 2000 MDB file

When I converted a access 97 MDB to access 2000 MDB and then tried to run it
in 2000,
Sometimes it shows,
Missing installation files
Sometimes,
it just flickers for a second and goes away.

It runs fine in access 97.

Am I missing something in my workstation(having access 2000) or any general
reason why it should fail ?
