I have had to upgrade a Windows 2000 desktop to XP. I have installed the
upgrade for Word, and Excell but cannot get the upgrade for Access to install
and load. I installed the pervious version of Access and ran the upgrade but
the program will not launch. I get several screens indicating that the
program is installing but will not load. Even if I attempt to load a
previously created Access file I get the same results.
