Hi, im having trouble using my product key number. When i click the convert
button it goes to Microsoft program installing box with the cancel button on
the right side bottom corner. After a few seconds it goes away and nothing
else happens. Shouldnt i be expecting blank product key boxes so i can input
the number? Why is this happening? Help
