Header and formatting data in body of message

I have a standard POP3 account on a server hosted by AmeriWeb hosting. It
has been working fine for several years.

Starting sometime yesterday, every (with one exception, see below) email I
send or receive through my normal server has the following problem: in my
inbox received email shows no sender or subject, but the body of the email
contains most of what you would normally see in the header (through options).
It also contains what appears to be formatting info if it is not a plain
text email.

When I send email the receiver sees essentially the same problems. I set up
Apple Mail to download the same emails and everything looks fine. If I send
and receive using a different mail server everything is fine.

So--it sounds like the server has an issue. When the support group for the
server sends an email through my account it comes through without
problems--and is the only email that has since the problem started. I know
we can't debug a server issue here, but if I could track down what it is that
Outlook can't deal with and Apple Mail can, it would help convince the server
guys where the problem is.

Here is a sample of what I'm seeing. I've x'd out personal fields; this
email was sent to both the problem server and verizon. The one through
verizon came through fine, and this is the other; any ideas?
