header beginning on page 2

How do I create a header that does not begin until page two. Typically I
want a header that says, beginning on page 2:

With the Header and Footer pane displayed, click the page
setup icon and then the layout tab. Select "Different
First Page." Next navigate to the second page header and
enter your header information.
