Header/Borders Missing and Font Has Changed

The header and borders on about 1/2 of my web pages are missing and the font
has changed as well. This has happened all of the sudden. This happened at
the same time as my hit counter problem I asked about in a previous post.

Any ideas on what is wrong??

The 1st page has
<meta name="Microsoft Theme" content="none, default">
<meta name="Microsoft Border" content="none, default">
The 2nd one has
<meta name="Microsoft Theme" content="blends 011, default">
<meta name="Microsoft Border" content="tb, default">

Reapply you shared borders and theme to the 1st page
