Header doesn't display in browser

When I view my site, developed with FP 2003, on my browser the main page
displays properly, but all other pages don't show the header. Other people
logging into my site see it displayed properly with each page inside a frame
with a header. This is only on my computer, using IE 6.0, whether FP2003 is
running or not. Why isn't my site displaying properly on my computer. Thanks,

What is your antivirus? What is the HTML name of the 'header' image -
"banner" perhaps?

Norton Internet Security Anti Spyware 2005. I disabled the pop-up blocking
with no change.

The header is ...../navtop.htm.

After my previous reply I disabled Norton Anti-Virus completely and the
problem solved - display is OK now. Even when Norton is enabled the display
seems OK. At least this narrows it down to something in Norton. Thanks for
your help.

Norton is notorious for this. I don't know why they haven't been sued,
honestly.
