Can anyone help me undo the header/footer feature that changes my bottom margin of the text? As i was simply trying to number the pages, a blue line came up to the bottom of my shortest text page and now the lower margin is 4" from the bottom of the page on all subsequent pages. In margins and borders, I have the standard 1" selected, but this does not override the header/footer change.

Thanks in advance for your help

In Format | Document | Margins, you can set a number for the
header/footer--default is .5 and yours may have gotten changed.

Also, there could be something invisible in the header/footer pushing up
the text--turn on ¶ so that you can see if there are paragraph marks in
there.
