I have put an 8.5x11" watermark image into the background header. I have set the header and footer left and right margins to 0, because I want the document to have a 'full bleed' when I print letter size to PDF for onscreen display.
When I go to print preview, or print to PDF, large margins are inserted on all sides. How do I remove them. Thanks.
