How do you change the Header/Footer title from different
pages?

In which program?

Do you mean "from" of "for" different pages?

In Word, create section breaks where you want to change. The do View |
Header and Footer, and deactivate Link to Previous from the floating tool
bar (you will see the Same as Previous annotaion disappear). You can then
change the H & F for this new section.
