Header / Footer

Is there way to print the header / Footer only in the first page of an
Infopath document. My requirement is to have the Document Title in Header and
disclosure in footer. Please suggest.

Hi,

I don't believe that you can do this, but someone wants to prove me wrong...
Of course the Header part could be done with a field on top of your form.
The bottom field could be done with a field placed where the footer would be
and by adding a page break
