Header format question

Does anyone know how to insert the name of the receipient of a letter into the header? I want the header on the 2nd page of the letter to include the name of the recipient, the date and the page number. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you format the addressee line with a special style (it can be a character
style), you can use a StyleRef field in the header to pick this up.
