Header information not printing in e-mails

I have a user who is complaining of the "header information" (meaning the
<From:>, <Sent:>, <To:>, and <Subject:> fields underneath the user's name)
not printing when he attempts to make a physical copy of his e-mail
correspondence. I do not see anywhere under Tools/Options within Outlook
where I can simply enable or disable the viewing of this. Additionally, I
have also attempted to uninstall and reinstall the entire Office Suite and
also recreate the user's Exchange profile, but nothing works. I am at a loss
as to how to solve this. Has anyone come across this in the past?
