In my presentation I have created a header and footer but when I print or
preview the handout the Header and Footer are not there. Any Help would be
appreciated.

Thanks

Go to View > Header and Footer and click on the Notes and Handouts tab. Do you
have the Header and Footer and the fields checked for inclusion on the page?

Yes, everything is checked except "Fixed" I am using PowerPoint 2003 if that
makes a difference. I also my note that the text is white on a green
background in the powerpoint slides. However when I print the had out I use
Pure B/W

Which headers and footers are not showing up? The ones at the top and bottom of
the handout page or the ones on the individual slides?

There is a Master for Handouts that must be checked in that case. Go to View >
Master > Handout Master. If you don't see Header Area and Date Area at the top
or Footer Area and Number Area at the bottom you'll need to go to Format >
Handout Master Layout and check the placeholders that you want to appear on your
handout. Even though you've set the Headers and Footers to display, if there
are no placeholders on the Master, nothing will display.
